55% Cocoa solids Our Dark chocolate is semisweet and has a reddish cast and a fruity, winey flavor note. Beans are specially formulated to provide a unique flavor not found in other dark chocolates. This bar is blended with the perfect amount of orange flavor. Also, pairs well with Riesling.
